Molly has over a decade of experience as a hands-on Change Management and Organizational Development professional focused on enabling transformation through organizational and employee readiness. As a versatile project lead, she also manages large-scale enterprise-wide IT projects for Fortune 500 clients. Molly has a reputation for being extremely detail-oriented, always ready to jump into action, and an acute ability to think outside the box.

Molly spearheads many of Xyster’s corporate initiatives, such as Recruitment, Internal Training, and Corporate Social Responsibility. She completed her bachelor's degree at Mount Holyoke College, where she studied Complex Organiztions. Additionally, she holds a certificate in Organizational Development from Colorado State University. Molly lives for any type of project whether its corporate OCM initiatives, small crafts, or managing her HOA.
