David is a diverse project executive with tremendous experience and leadership skills for managing large, complex, enterprise projects. For over 30 years David has successfully managed real estate and technology-related projects for all cross-functional elements of the enterprise organization.  David has a solid reputation for his objective advisory, casting of project resources, team building, and his ability to create the required structure, process and governance to ensure success for concurrent or independent programs. 

Prior to founding Xyster in 2007, David was a Partner at Constantin Walsh-Lowe, an IT / AV consulting, design, and engineering firm that specialized in the design, specification, and engineering of IT solutions for Enterprise clients across industries.  Over a 30-year period Walsh-Lowe supported clients with the planning, design, and implementation of many of the region’s most high-profile corporate technology, facilities, trading floor, back office relocation/consolidation and mission critical projects with a client base which included a majority of the Fortune 500 across all industry sectors.
