Carl has over 15 years of experience leading a variety of strategic and operational programs across multiple sectors, including Financial Services, Pharmaceuticals, Medical Devices and Information Technology.

Having joined Xyster in 2011, Carl has led cross-functional teams and delivered exceptional results, while maintaining the highest standards for his clients.  He specializes in Workplace Strategy Development, IT Outsourcing, Transition and Transformation, Program Management, and Organizational and Technological Change Management.

Carl led a cross-functional team that developed a Workplace Strategy and Technology Roadmap for 2.1M SQF of new office space nationwide with an emphasis on the holistic end user experience for  employees, guests and contractors.  Carl also managed a team of ~30 project managers to outsource global IT Infrastructure and support services primarily in India, China, Poland and the U.S., and the associated workforce reduction of approximately 800 employees.
