Xyster aligns with client stakeholders to oversee and manage the planning, execution, and delivery of advanced technology implementations. We define project goals and objectives, create a project plan, and coordinate resources and activities to ensure the project is completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

The foundation of the project, our Project Management Office (PMO) manages the day-to-day activities and supports the project managers and project teams in the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects. This includes tracking project progress, managing documentation, reporting to stakeholders, coordinating cross-functional teams, and scheduling.
